O'Connor Jewellers is established in Kilkenny, trading from 18, High Street since 1872. John R. Statham and his wife, Sue Connor started the business. Then, Sue's brother, W.H.Connor and John R's niece Sarah, who both worked in the jewellers, married and took over the running of the business in circa 1910.

When W.H.Connor died, William S. O'Connor, their son, took over with his wife Laura. Their son Barry entered the business in 1978, married Valerie and has worked the business since. Their five children help in busy times at Christmas and during the summer tourist season.

So we are true traditional family-run jewellers with many years experience, here to serve and help our customers whenever possible.
